Cebu Inmates dances to Gangnam Style.

The Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center also known as CPDPRC is a maximum security prison in Cebu, Philippines.

They are famous for having "Dancing Inmates" Who dances and performs to famous songs.
